Terms and conditions

1. Booking and Reservations

By making a reservation at Line Residence, you agree to these terms and conditions. Reservations can be made via our website contact form, email, phone, or WhatsApp. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

• A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement between you and Line Residence.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
• The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property.
• Accurate information must be provided at the time of booking, including the number of guests.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in CFA and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed are per night unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is due upon check-in unless otherwise arranged in advance.
• We accept cash, Orange Money, and MTN Mobile Money.
• A security deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded upon check-out, subject to inspection.
• Long-term stays (monthly bookings) may be eligible for discounted rates. Contact us for details.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Guests must present a valid ID upon check-in.
• The apartment must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
• Late check-out without prior arrangement may result in additional charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in may be charged for one night's stay.

• No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
• We recommend travel insurance for unexpected cancellations.

5. House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we ask that you observe the following house rules:

• No smoking inside the apartments.
• No pets allowed without prior approval.
• No parties or events without prior written consent from management.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
• Maximum occupancy limits must be respected.

6. Damages and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damages to the apartment or its contents during their stay.

• Any damages must be reported immediately to management.
• The cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the guest.
• Line Residence is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

7. Safety and Security

Your safety is our priority. Please familiarize yourself with emergency exits and safety procedures.

• Fire extinguishers are available in each apartment.
• 24/7 security is provided on the premises.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings during their stay.
• Line Residence is not liable for any injuries sustained on the property unless caused by our negligence.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information only as necessary to provide our services.

• We collect information such as name, email, phone number, and payment details to process bookings.
• Your information is never sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
• We may use your contact information to send booking confirmations, important updates, and occasional promotional offers. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information.

9. Force Majeure

Line Residence shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government actions, epidemics, or other force majeure events.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cameroon.

11. Changes to Terms

Line Residence reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
